Onsight Rock Gym is a brand new, world-class indoor rock climbing gym in Knoxville. Featuring over 12,000 sq feet of climbing surface and walls that soar over 50 feet tall, we are Knoxville's largest and tallest rock climbing gym. Onsight offers top rope/lead climbing and bouldering for all ages and abilities as well as a wide array of programming for adults and youth. Onsight even has a separate climbing room for private parties and events. We are proud to be a part of Knoxville's community!

Troop Climb | 2 HOURS

This program is a great way to introduce your Boy or Girl Scout Troop to indoor rock climbing! Includes a brief safety orientation and knot tying lesson for participants, followed by a 1.5 hour group climb with our staff belayers, who will provide basic climbing instruction as needed. Participants will also receive a Troop Climb Badge to take home with them! This program is intended for participants 12 and under, who are not yet old enough to learn how to belay and participate in the Indoor Rock Climbing Badge Program. 

COST: $26 per participant. Minimum of 6 participants and maximum of 20 participants per booking. Price includes all necessary rental gear. 

We require a $100 nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking. 

OTHER INFORMATION: 

  • Must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance

  • Outside food/drinks are allowed.

  • All participants, chaperones, and spectators MUST complete our online waiver prior to arrival.

  • All participants under the age of 18 will need an online waiver signed in advance by his or her parent or court appointed legal guardian.

Girl Scout Troop Day Passes

Onsight Rock Gym is excited to offer discounted day passes to all girls coming in to climb that are involved in Girl Scouts. Day passes are a quick and easy way to experience indoor rock climbing on your schedule and time. Our staff will get all girls and parents set up with an orientation that will demonstrate the safe and proper way to climb.

For all Girl Scouts, the price will be $13 before tax and includes a harness. We ask that all climbers wear closed toed shoes as well!

Girl Scout day passes are available Monday - Friday before 6 p.m. and Saturday / Sunday all day.
